This stunning piece of American costume jewelry history features a mechanical folding multi-panel layout that hinges outwards to reveal spaces for four individual miniature family photographs.

Remarkably, this item still housing its original vintage paper instruction insert detailing how to press a coin to secure the photo frames into the shell.

• Brand/Markings: Stamped on the inner folding panel with the official "Coro" script logo inside a rectangular frame, alongside "PAT. PEND." (Patent Pending).
• Front Medallion: Features a central circular white guilloché enamel disc hand-painted with a beautiful pink rose and green foliage motif.
• Embellishments: Surrounded by an open-work gold-tone filigree scroll frame accented with six chaton-cut pink rhinestones, clear crystal paste stones, and delicate faux seed pearls - some are missing
