Fair condition listed as 'acceptable' due to the pages being taped together with aged, browned transparent tape (see photos 3 & 4). 

Otherwise there's light-to-mild wear and ageing throughout. 

Printed score is slightly fading in places but is overall bright, bold and unmarked.
