Regular shipping to the US has recently been restored 

along with the usual delivery timeframe of approximately 1-2 weeks.

However, due to new requirements, I now need to prepay a customs declaration service specifying the
contents of each package.  As a result, shipping costs to the US are currently higher than for other destinations.
