Shipping Policies

 

Letter Mail Shipping – Items marked for letter mail shipping will be shipped in a packaged Plain White Envelope. East Coast TCG takes all precautions when shipping all TCG and collectable cards. Tracking is not available for letter mail shipping within Canada. We will send you a picture of the envelope with your name and mailing address to ensure we have the correct address applied. Once the customer has confirmed the correct shipping address has been applied the item is sent out for shipping. East Coast TCG assumes ZERO LIABILITY for items lost in the mail.

 

Tracked Shipping – items are shipped using eBay shipping labels. Tracking information is automatically applied to the order information when purchased.

 

Shipping items for orders are dropped of twice per week to our shipping service providers including Canada Post, CANPAR, UPS, FEDEX and Purolator;

 

o    For orders placed on Fridays & weekends items are shipped on Mondays

o    For orders placed during the week, items are dropped off on Fridays.

 

Important Information for US Buyers

The United States has suspended duty-free de minimis treatment for most commercial imports valued at US$800 or less. As a result, orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs-processing fees, carrier brokerage charges, or other import-related costs, regardless of the order value.

These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and the carrier and may vary based on the item's value, tariff classification, country of origin, and shipping method. Mintink cannot guarantee whether any fees will be assessed before, at, or following delivery, nor can we confirm the amount in advance.

Please note:

· Import-related charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
· The buyer is responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other customs-related charges assessed on the shipment.
· The carrier may require payment before, at, or following delivery.

· Refusing or failing to pay applicable charges may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, abandoned, or disposed of.

· Original shipping charges and import-related fees may not be refundable if a shipment is refused or returned.

 

Card Listings

 

 

 

Near Mint (NM)

Cards in Near Mint condition show minimal to no wear from shuffling, play, or handling. They may have a nearly unmarked surface, crisp corners, and clean edges, outside of a few minimal flaws. A Near Mint card may have a tiny edge nick or one or two very small scratches but should appear nearly unplayed overall with no major defects or flaws.

Lightly Played (LP)

Cards in Lightly Played condition may have minor border or corner wear, slight scuffing, or small scratches. There are no major defects such as water damage, bends, or issues affecting the structural integrity of the card. Noticeable imperfections may be present, but none should be overly severe or excessive.

Moderately Played (MP)

Cards in Moderately Played condition have condition issues that are visible at a casual glance. These may include border wear, corner wear, scratching, scuffing, creasing, whitening, minor dirt buildup, or a combination of mild examples of these marks.

A Moderately Played card may have a more noticeable issue, such as localized water damage or a crease that does not affect the card’s structural integrity. These issues should not cover a large portion of the card or appear alongside several other severe defects.

Heavily Played (HP)

Cards in Heavily Played condition show a significant amount of wear. This may include major creasing, heavy whitening, substantial border or corner wear, scratches, scuffing, and other noticeable condition issues.
