Item Description
For sale is an authentic 1994 Sega Mega Drive II console bundle, complete with controllers and a game selection. The console, 2 joysticks, and the games have been fully tested, cleaned internally and are working perfectly, see VIDEO in gallery for demo test
Important Console Notes (Please Read):
- Internal Condition & Cleaning: The console was recently opened for a thorough internal cleaning to remove decades of dust.
- Factory Circuitry Note: During cleaning, a factory "bodge" modification was noted on the mainboard near the power-in node. This consists of a couple of black wires and a capacitor. This is a well-documented factory addition from Sega's manufacturing era, original to the console, typically implemented to dull electrical "noise" and improve video/audio stability. It is not an aftermarket repair.
What’s Included in this Bundle:
- Console: Sega Mega Drive II (1994 Model)
- Controllers: x2 Working Controllers (both have 1650-50 shells, but interiors differ)
- Cables: original Sega Power supply and New AV / Old TV connection cables
- Games: Mixed bundle of games: Sonic, Sonic II, Chuck Rock II, Mortal Kombat, Taz, Lion King, Sega 6 in 1
