Once the item is handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we have no control over its handling, but we will assist with any issues that may arise. All orders are insured to protect both parties in case of damage during shipping. While we aim to ship daily and sometimes on weekends, our local FedEx and UPS centers are closed on weekends and holidays. Packages are picked up from the UPS/FedEx shipping center on weekdays around 3 pm Pacific Time. Home pickups aren't an option in our area without significant fees. Shipping delays are common and beyond our control, so please be patient and check for tracking updates.
