How to ues?
Installing the Pyrography Pen and Nib
First, accurately align the five-pin plug at the power end of the pyrography pen with the corresponding socket on the main unit, connect firmly, and tighten the nut. Then insert the nib into the brass tip of the pen handle and tighten it clockwise. Place the assembled handle into the handle holder. (During use, avoid allowing the nib to contact your body or flammable objects. When changing the nib, turn off the power and wait until the temperature has completely cooled before proceeding.)
Temperature Adjustment
Slowly rotate the temperature adjustment knob – clockwise to increase temperature, counter-clockwise to decrease it. The value on the digital display will change accordingly as you adjust.
Power Connection
Connect the main unit to a 220V power supply and turn on the power switch on the right side of the main unit. At this point, the voltmeter on the main unit will show the voltage reading, indicating that the unit is in operating mode. (Do not leave the unit powered on for extended periods without the pen handle installed.)
Setting the Low-Temperature Starting Point
Because mains voltage may vary slightly by region, the starting (base) temperature of the pyrography machine may also vary slightly. If necessary, use a small flat-head screwdriver to adjust the trimmer potentiometer inside the small hole on the left side of the temperature knob – turn clockwise to raise the starting temperature, counter-clockwise to lower it.
About the Function Switch
The dual-pen model is equipped with a function switch. Turning it to the left (I) energises the left pyrography pen; turning it to the right (II) energises the right pyrography pen. Under correct and normal use, this machine can operate stably for extended periods. Slight warmth of the handle is normal.
Removing Carbon Deposits from the Nib
During pyrography, the nib will gradually accumulate carbon deposits from contact with gourds, wood, and other surfaces, which may cause temperature variations and affect the burning effect. These deposits should be cleaned off promptly – you can use a cleaning sponge dampened with water to wipe them away.
