Vintage collectable Noritake Ashtray  -  Palace Hotel.

The ashtray has a gold advertising logo on the rim (see 2nd &  3rd  photos) "Palace" (Hotel) and has gold trim. The ashtray was produced by Noritake in Japan in 1972.

The ashtray measures 16.2cm (6 3/8") dia., 4.8cm (1 7/8") height.

The ashtray is in good condition, with no chips, no cracks, no hairline fractures, no crazing, no stains, no wear to the gold logo or gold trim and minimal superficial scratching to the glaze. 

The base of the ashtray is backstamped (see 4th & 5th photos) "Noritake, N, Nippon Toki Kaisha, Japan, 1972, with laurel leaves around the "N".
