Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind: If you are a consumer buying online, you generally have 14 days from the day after delivery to notify us that you wish to cancel your order, followed by a further 14 days to return the item. Returned goods should be handled with reasonable care. Buyers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns, provided this has been clearly communicated before purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Items: If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us through eBay. We will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return postage where required by law or eBay policy. Your statutory rights remain fully protected.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed through eBay using the original payment method, within the applicable legal and eBay timeframes. For valid cancellations, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. No restocking or administration fees apply.
