## 30-Day Returns

We aim to provide excellent customer service and offer a 30-day returns policy for peace of mind.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or ordered an item by mistake, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Return it in its original purchased condition, with all included accessories, for a full refund with no additional fees.

For eBay purchases, please open a return request and select the reason that accurately describes your return, such as “Changed mind”, “Didn't like item”, “Item defective” or “Wrong item sent”.

For eligible returns under our 30-day returns policy, we will provide a free return label by email or through eBay. For purchases made directly through our website, please contact us to arrange your return.

Please contact us before sending any goods back and use the return address we provide. Sending an item to an incorrect address may delay your return or prevent us from receiving it.

### Returning Your Item

Please return all included accessories and package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

New items should be returned unopened where possible. Your statutory right to inspect goods remains unaffected. Unwanted sealed software must remain unopened where the legal exception for unsealed software applies.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please describe the issue and provide photographs where possible. You do not need to select a change-of-mind reason for a faulty item.

### Refunds and Returned Condition

Items returned in their original purchased condition will receive a full refund.

If an item is returned with additional damage caused by the user, alterations, missing accessories or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may make a deduction reflecting the actual loss in value, where permitted by consumer law and the applicable platform rules.

For eBay returns, a deduction of up to 50% may apply only where we qualify under eBay’s seller protection rules. Any deduction will be based on inspection and supporting evidence. It will not be an automatic charge or a restocking fee.

We will not deduct for a fault or damage that was present when you received the item or for the issue that makes it eligible for a faulty-item return.

## 1-Year Hardware Warranty — Where Stated

Where a 1-year warranty is stated in the listing, TECHSEL LTD covers hardware faults that develop within 12 months of purchase during normal use and were not disclosed in the original listing description.

This applies to laptops, desktops, monitors and other equipment sold with a stated 1-year warranty.

### What’s Covered

Hardware faults arising during normal use, provided the fault was not stated in the original listing description.

### What’s Not Covered

- Faults or defects disclosed in the original listing.

- Normal wear and tear or natural deterioration of components, including batteries.

- Accidental damage, including screen damage, cracks, pressure marks and liquid damage.

- Faults or issues caused by misuse, improper handling or other user actions.

- Software-related issues, including Windows malfunctions and errors.

### Batteries

Batteries are excluded from our additional warranty cover because they naturally deteriorate over time. Each item’s listing specifically states its battery health and condition.

We only guarantee that the battery will function upon arrival where this is expressly stated in the item description. This does not affect your statutory rights.

## Repairs and Warranty Returns

Please contact TECHSEL LTD before returning an item for repair so we can provide the return address and instructions.

When returning an item, please include:

- Your full name.

- Your eBay user ID, if purchased through eBay.

- Your order number or other proof of purchase.

- The warranty sticker number, where present.

- Your return address.

- A brief description of the fault.

Repairs are typically completed within **3–4 working days of receiving the item**. If a repair requires longer, we will let you know. If the item cannot be repaired, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

For repairs under our additional warranty outside the free 30-day returns period, customers are responsible for return postage unless consumer law requires us to cover it. Once a covered warranty repair is complete, we will pay to send the item back to you.

## 30-Day Warranty — Used Items

Used items sold with a stated 30-day warranty are covered for hardware faults not disclosed in the listing, subject to the warranty exclusions above.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or develops a covered fault within the first 30 days, please contact TECHSEL LTD. We will arrange the appropriate return, repair, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage costs.

## Items Sold as Faulty, for Spares or for Repair

Items clearly described as faulty, for spares or for repair are sold with the faults and limitations stated in their listing. Those disclosed faults are not covered by our additional hardware warranty.

If the item differs materially from its description or has an undisclosed fault, please contact us or open an eBay return request using the appropriate reason.

Change-of-mind returns remain subject to our stated 30-day returns policy and your statutory rights. No automatic restocking fee applies.

## Security Marks and Warranty Stickers

All items are security-marked. Warranty and serial number stickers must remain intact for our additional warranty cover to apply, unless we have agreed to their removal in writing, including through eBay messages.

Removing or tampering with these stickers may invalidate our additional warranty cover. This does not automatically remove your statutory rights.

## Accurate Return Reasons

Please select the return reason that accurately describes the issue. If we have evidence of misuse of the returns process, we may report it to eBay for review. This does not affect legitimate returns or your statutory rights.

## Your Statutory Rights

Our returns policy and warranties are additional to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

The warranty exclusions, postage conditions and sticker requirements above do not limit those rights. Your legal rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods may continue beyond the stated warranty period.

For most online goods purchases, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
