PREMIUM DIGITAL CONTROL TACKLE

THE COMPACT DIGITAL WORKHORSE: SHIMANO 20 SLX DC 70HG (RIGHT)

Presenting Shimano's globally popular digital-control baitcasting reel, combining compact ergonomics with effortless, trouble-free casting: the 20 SLX DC 70HG. Built around a rigid HAGANE Aluminum Body, it eliminates frame flex under load while fitting comfortably in the palm of your hand. The centerpiece of this reel is Shimano's I-DC4 (Intelligent Digital Control) braking system. Featuring an easy-to-use 4-mode external dial, the microcomputer monitors spool speed 1,000 times per second to automatically prevent backlashes and maximize casting distance across a wide range of lures and wind conditions—from heavy distance casting (Mode 1) to skipping and windy conditions (Mode 4). Paired with a low-vibration S3D Spool and Super Free Spool design, this specific 70HG (High Gear 7.2:1 / Right-Handed) model is a versatile powerhouse for everyday bass fishing.

LABORATORY INTEGRITY REPORT (HONEST DISCLOSURE)

• Operational Mechanics: 100% Certified Peak Performance. Fully tested and cleared. The blue anodized S3D spool is completely straight and spins freely. The 7.2:1 gear rotational feel remains crisp, steady, and smooth. The I-DC4 electronic brake unit, clutch, level wind, and drag system all operate flawlessly.
• Exterior Cosmetics (Very Good Condition): Clean overall pre-owned condition. As visualized across the high-resolution profile photos, there is some light wear/rubbing on the rubber handle knobs from normal use, while the matte-black and dark-gunmetal housing exhibits only minor, barely noticeable cosmetic marks. There are no major scratches or dents, and the reel maintains a sharp appearance.
• Package Completeness: This listing is for the baitcasting reel assembly only, exactly as photographed. Original box and manuals are not included.
