These vintage 1980's  Taxco ( TS-113) Mexican sterling silver and black onyx statement earrings feature highly complex, geometric Art Deco silhouettes.

Rhombus-shaped panels of inset polished black onyx form the main body, balanced by matching rectangular black onyx drops and square block accents. Traditional silversmiths from Taxco, Mexico frequently paired polished, opaque onyx with geometric silver bezel settings.

The 2nd to last photo shows a small chip on one of the onyx cubes.
