The Hublot Big Bang Tourbillon Power Reserve 5 Days Sapphire, reference 405.JX.0120.RT, is a 45mm limited edition watch with a case, bezel and lugs machined from solid transparent sapphire crystal. The skeletonized dial leaves the movement visible from every angle, with applied white luminous Arabic numerals at 10, 12, 2 and 4, white luminous baton hands and the Hublot name and logo below 12 o'clock. A tourbillon carriage in blue and steel sits at 6 o'clock, and a power reserve indicator at 8 o'clock reads out in days, with five days marked on the scale. The sapphire case is held together by six H-shaped titanium screws on the bezel, with titanium inserts at the lugs and a titanium crown on the right side. The movement is a hand-wound caliber designed for a power reserve of approximately five days. The watch is fitted to a blue and black rubber strap that carries the Hublot design. This example is numbered 36 of 99 pieces, and the transparent case makes it one of the most visually striking watches in the Big Bang family, a good fit for collectors of high complications and modern materials.
