PREMIUM OFFSHORE JIGGING TACKLE
THE UNYIELDING WINCH: SHIMANO 12 OCEA JIGGER 1501HG (LEFT)
Presenting Shimano's legendary conventional baitcasting reel, engineered for absolute dominance in deep-sea jigging applications: the Ocea Jigger. Constructed from a highly rigid Cold-Forged Aluminum HAGANE Body, it completely eliminates frame distortion, ensuring that every turn of the handle translates directly into pure pulling power. Driven by X-SHIP technology, the gear rotational feel remains incredibly smooth and powerful even under extreme loads. This specific 1501HG (High Gear / Left-Handed) model features a fast gear ratio ideal for imparting sharp, rhythmic actions to your jigs. Furthermore, this reel has been upgraded with a heavy-duty aftermarket aluminum power handle and T-shaped knob, providing maximum leverage and comfort during intense fights with large marine predators.
LABORATORY INTEGRITY REPORT (HONEST DISCLOSURE)
-
Operational Mechanics: 100% Certified Peak Performance. Fully tested and cleared. The X-SHIP gear rotational feel remains incredibly solid, powerful, and smooth. The free-spool, spool lock mechanism, and heavy-duty drag system operate flawlessly.
-
Exterior Cosmetics (Good Condition): Honest battle-proven condition. As visualized across the profile photos, the silver housing exhibits noticeable cosmetic scratches and scuffs, particularly on the bottom frame, from historical offshore field deployment. It remains structurally completely sound and is perfectly suited for practical anglers who demand raw winching power over pristine aesthetics.
-
Package Completeness (BONUS INCLUDED): This listing includes the customized Ocea Jigger reel, its original Shimano retail box, and manuals. Additionally, the original stock handle knob and an extra spare handle arm are included in the package, allowing you to easily revert to the original setup if desired. The PE line currently on the spool is included as a complimentary bonus (condition of the line is not guaranteed).
