Such a pretty color on this light blue skirt in a woven rayon poly blend that looks a bit like linen. Fabric does have a soft feel to it, though. the skirt is fully lined and has a Center back zipper with a button and 2/pockets on the sides. There is a small vent at the bottom of the skirt in the back. The waist measures 34 inches and stretches to 36 inches as there is a small amount of elastic on the side back of the waist. The hips measure 48 inches and the length is 28.5 inches.
