RARE glass cake, pastry or appetizer stand, cross hatch patter on cast white metal base. Base is made by L & L WMC ( Loevsky & Loevsky White Metal Castings)
I believe the glass is made by either Imperial Glass Co who used L&L WMC in their pieces or another EAPG

Authentic L&L WMC pieces are stamped "L&L WMC" on the underside of the base, often with a 4-digit model or mold number and in this case #9121. Also includes a year stamp, 1970. The base is cast white metal made to look like brass or bronze, not solid brass

The plate portion turns but the nut is tight so I believe it was made that way
