The Empire Industries Full Dual Exhaust System for the Suzuki DR-Z400, DR-Z400S, and DR-Z400SM combines Empire Industries' proven step-pipe performance design with the aggressive sound and appearance of a true dual-muffler exhaust system.
Built using TIG-welded 304 stainless steel step-pipe construction , the system is engineered to improve exhaust flow, gas velocity, and scavenging. Combined with the free-flowing dual Empire mufflers, the system is designed to deliver improved throttle response, strong mid-range power, and increased top-end performance.
The system features dual lightweight 6061 aluminum silencers with CNC-machined billet end caps , high-performance muffler packing, and powder-coated stainless Empire "E" badges. Both mufflers are fully serviceable and repackable for long-term performance and durability.
This complete full dual exhaust system includes a kickstand for the dual exhaust configuration.
The Empire Industries step-pipe design uses changes in tubing diameter to help maintain exhaust gas velocity while increasing flow as engine RPM rises.
This design is engineered to improve exhaust scavenging and deliver responsive performance throughout the usable RPM range.
Due to the routing of the Empire Industries Full Dual Exhaust System, the factory DR-Z400 kickstand must be removed.
A kickstand is included with this exhaust system for use with the dual exhaust configuration.
There is no need to purchase a separate kickstand relocation kit.
