Missing some screws, unknown whether it starts. Tank is empty but there is compression when the cord is pulled. Really clean shape for its age. Did not want to gas it up because even if I drain it for shipment, it may smell like gas and would create unwanted shipping denial. It should be an easy fix if it does not start right up.
