Top of the range version of Seats Flagship the Exeo, comes a with all the usual features of the top spec car only thing this is missing is heated seats, reason for sale is when I bought this car last year we only had 1 baby and a 9 year old now we have 2 babies and a 10 year old, we have had to upgrade to a 7 seat vehicle for space, all main services intervals have been carried as of today 7/7/2026 as above new cambelt and water pump and fresh oil and filter for the new owner, car is ready to drive away with nothing major needing doing, age related marks around the vehicle, the underneath is almost immaculate with very minimal rust, no rust on any of the arches, this is one of the better examples I have seen around they are all usually saloons and very rusty. The 170hp version also seems to be not as common as the 140, I paid 6k for this last year from a dealer, If I'm being honest I feel i paid over the odds for this vehicle. I am hoping for £4500 for this car and not willing to take any less due to the spec and the work that has been done to make it ready for the next owner.

Seat book is stamped full with all services up to current date.
