| Summary | Up for sale is an authentic original Order of Ouissam Alaouite Officer Class (Ordre du Ouissam Alaouite) from the Kingdom of Morocco, dating to the French Protectorate era. Struck in silvered and enameled metal, this five-pointed star features crisp white enamel arms, green leaf sprays in the angles, and a central orange medallion inscribed in Arabic, suspended from a detailed palm wreath mount. It comes complete with its original orange silk ribbon fitted with an Officer rosette, housed inside its original fitted presentation case. Adding remarkable provenance, the set includes two period French newspaper clippings (L'Écho du Maroc) detailing the solemn award presentation at the Imperial Palace by His Majesty the Sultan. The badge exhibits vibrant enamels, clean silvering, and sound mounting. An extraordinary, fully documented Cased set for collectors of Moroccan honors, French colonial history, Royal orders, and European-Middle Eastern phaleristics. Please inspect all high-resolution photos carefully to evaluate the condition, case, and original paperwork. |
