It is not un the original packaging. I just included the photo from the website to show what it is. This is very lightly used. No stains or tears and smells nice. It is clean.  My actual measurements were 71" by 73". It fits on the top of a queen size with not much hang down. It is so soft! The only flaw is a little tear on the tag which i showed in the photos. I didnt take a full photo because its so big i couldn't figure out to good way to do it.
