System components for stairs in ventilated construction with the SW stair profile: the outside corner SW 90° MAXI for 90° corners of the steps, end caps SW and SW MINI (left or right) for closing the profile ends and short riser holders SWD 6 cm on which the riser plates stand. All parts are made of aluminum with a conversion layer and polyester powder coating in the colors of the profiles.

Riser bracket SWD 6 cm
Apply sealant to the back and fasten the holders with expansion dowels along the lower edge of the riser - center distance equal to the length of the board strips. Place the riser plates on the holders.

Outside corners first
Pre-fix the outer corners with expansion dowels, then cut the straight SW profiles to length in between: at the joints approx. 2 mm, on the wall approx. 5mm joint.

Set and align
Place corners and profiles in elastic sealing compound (e.g. polyurethane), fasten with dowels and align with string and spirit level.

End caps
Close the open ends of the SW stair profiles with the appropriate end cap on the left or right.

Only cut profiles with a metal hand saw or a saw with an aluminum saw blade - other tools can damage the coating. Do not install damaged parts.

Are there inside corners for the SW profile?
The manufacturer offers the outside corner 90° MAXI for the SW stair profile; Inside corners are not listed in the SW system.
