In 1984, drag racing
legend Billy Meyer drove one of the most iconic and visually memorable machines
in NHRA Nitro Funny Car history, the 7-Eleven / Chief Auto Parts Ford Mustang. A
highly aerodynamic Ford Mustang body shell backed by Ford Motorsport and
Motorcraft. The car featured a striking, quintessential 1980s paint scheme
featuring the bold corporate logos of 7-Eleven and Chief Auto Parts.
