From Curio.com:

Avon Products produced novelty after shave decanters in the United States, utilizing detailed cardboard packaging to market their themed miniature vehicles. These decorative boxes were released during the 1970s and 1980s as promotional gift items targeting male consumers and automobile memorabilia collectors. The company stood out for its extensive range of themed packaging, turning everyday grooming products into display pieces shaped like classic cars.

>Door-to-door Avon representatives sold these men's toiletries and their distinctive boxes to families living in suburban neighborhoods across the country. Collectors often seek out these original boxes to complete loose car decanters found without their packaging. Production of these novelty vehicle boxes ended as consumer preferences shifted toward modern packaging.
