A limited-edition model available exclusively in Japan, limited to 100 pieces: the Paul Reed Smith (PRS) SE Custom 24 "Bonnie Pink," manufactured in 2010.
Known as PRSfs flagship model, the Custom 24 features the striking gBonnie Pinkh color scheme, which unifies not only the body top but also the back and headstock in pink. It features an archtop figured maple veneer/maple top, a Corina back, a maple neck with a bird inlay on an ebony fingerboard, and pickups with zebra bobbins; coil tapping is enabled via the tone knob pull.
Combining eye-catching aesthetics with exceptional playability, this model boasts a wide range of tonal variations.
The tuning pegs have been replaced with genuine PES SE locking pegs, and the two tone knobs have been swapped for pink ones. There are signs of wear (scratches, play marks, picking marks, paint cracks at the joints, tarnish or pitting on metal parts and screws, and other cosmetic damage).
It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling). The frets are at a height that poses no issues for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both tightening and loosening directions; operation has been confirmed up to }60.
