This is a rare Glendale Brown Multicolor Brown Transferware 10" wide Dinner Plate made by Royal Doulton in England. It features the beautiful brown and yellow Transferware Glendale pattern that was made between 1935 and 1949.
This plate has a scalloped edge and ridges that almost appears “ruffled”. It measures 10” in diameter and has a maker’s mark on the bottom with seal. It is in very good condition with no chips and a nice glossy finish.
This plate is a highly collectible piece and a beauty to display in your home.
