Export Restriction Notice (CITES / Washington Convention)

International Restrictions: Some luxury watch straps are made from exotic materials (such as crocodile or alligator) protected under the Washington Convention (CITES).

Shipping Policy: Due to international wildlife regulations, these restricted straps cannot be exported to certain countries.

Our Procedure: If your shipping destination has such restrictions, we will remove the strap and ship the watch head only. This measure is taken to prevent customs seizure and ensure the legal, safe delivery of your timepiece.

Note: We do not offer discounts or compensation for the removal of restricted straps, as this is a mandatory legal requirement. Thank you for your understanding.
