Our New & Refurbished Graded Appliances Explained

All our items are sourced from major UK retailers as appliances returned within their 28-day return period.

Why are these items returned?

· Customer change of mind

· Overstocks

· Cosmetic damage (clearly shown in photos)

· Faulty returns (repaired and fully tested)

All appliances are then professionally refurbished where required and fully tested and cleaned before resale.

We pride ourselves on high quality customer service and are always happy to help quickly with any technical issues or problems after purchase.
