What to expect for delivery to EU addresses:
  • Sent via DAP (Delivery at Place): All parcels must currently be dispatched under Receiver Pays (DAP) terms. Your national postal service (e.g., Deutsche Post, La Poste, Österreichische Post, Latvijas Pasts) will collect local VAT and standard customs handling fees upon delivery.
  • No Double Taxation (Easy eBay Refund): If eBay automatically collects VAT at checkout, you will not lose money. Simply retain the paper/digital tax receipt provided by your local post office upon delivery and submit a photo of it to eBay Customer Support. eBay will issue a full refund for the duplicate VAT amount paid during checkout.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed immediately, but please allow normal international customs processing times upon arrival in your country.
