A Fender USA D-50 made at the Corona factory, featuring rich bass tones and a resonant, full-bodied sound!
A 2002 Guild D-50 Natural has just arrived!
This is Guildfs iconic rosewood-bodied Dreadnought model. Produced at the Corona, California factory?now under Fenderfs umbrella?following the closure of the Westernley factory, this is a rare find with limited availability.
It features an all-solid construction with a solid spruce top, solid rosewood sides and back, a mahogany neck, and an ebony fingerboard. Its appeal lies in the rich bass and clear treble produced by the large Dreadnought body, along with its powerful volume. Youfll enjoy a full-bodied chord sound when strumming and well-defined, crisp notes when flat-picking.
There are signs that a crack and peeling in the headstock inlay have been repaired, and traces of adhesive overflow are visible.
The back bracing has been repaired with adhesive, and the saddle has been replaced. While there are weather checks visible on the top and fine scratches and other signs of use throughout the body, the finish retains its luster, and the guitar is in beautiful condition considering its age. It has been cleaned and set up, and is in excellent playing condition.
This instrument combines the powerful, distinctive sound characteristic of Guild with the rarity unique to models produced for only a short time at the Corona factory. Donft miss this opportunity to purchase it!
