Important Notes

1. Digital Instructions

This product includes a digital instruction manual in PDF format. Scan the QR code on the card inside the package to access it. If the card is missing or you cannot access the manual, please contact us directly. A high-quality printed manual is available for an additional fee.

2. Items Not Included

Minifigures and their accessories, stickers, and printed bricks are not included. These items may appear in the assembly instructions, but they are not supplied with the product. They may be available upon specific request for a substantial additional charge; this option is not recommended.

3. VAT and Customs Charges

For deliveries to the UK or the EU, VAT may be collected at checkout or during importation, depending on the destination, shipment value, and applicable rules. For consignments valued at €150 or less in the EU, or £135 or less in the UK, VAT may be added to the item price at checkout. For example, where 19% VAT applies, a €10 item would cost €11.90, including €1.90 VAT. For consignments above these thresholds, VAT may instead be collected during importation. Applicable customs duties and any taxes not included in your payment are the buyer's responsibility. Please review these charges before ordering. If you would like us to arrange payment of VAT and customs duties on your behalf, contact us before shipment; additional fees may apply.

4. Missing Parts

We carefully verify the part count before shipment. If any parts are missing, please contact us, and we will send replacements free of charge.

5. MOC Customization

Have a great design or creative idea? We offer MOC customization services. Send us an image or a parts list, and we can supply all the parts needed to bring your project to life.

6. How Parts Are Sorted

For all MOC products in our store, parts are sorted by size and specification, rather than by the order in which they are used during assembly.
