Zippers are solid, gore-tex around the pockets are solid, seam sealing on the interior is intact. I looked it over, found zero flaking. There are marks on this item, it was worn and used. Bleach? mark on the left hip. That being said, this item is sold AS IS, and condition is reflected in the price. You might be able to go in with a brush for a cleaning the exterior?
