Professional Clown Costume Hat ~ This is a Miniature Top Hat that is held on the top of the head with an elastic band that goes under the chin.   Hot Pink & Black with a black & white polka dot scrunchie band around the crown, white cord trim, round sequin & bead embellishment and black & white feathers.   The brim measures 6 5/8" across and hat is 4" tall.    It is in nice condition with minor wear to feather trim.
