Condition, Sourcing & Scents
Most of our items are thrifted or pre-loved. We list thrifted items as used, even when they appear factory-sealed or unopened. Items purchased directly from retail stores are listed according to their actual condition.

Our home is smoke-free and cat-friendly, though our cats are strictly barred from our shop. We use fabric freshener sprays, a scent diffuser and fabric softeners. If you are highly sensitive to scents, our items may not be a good fit.

Toys, Plush & Dolls

Pre-loved items may have scuffs, marks, loose threads, or varying stuffing firmness.
Sewn-in tags are attached unless noted. Paper hang tags may show wear, creasing, price stickers, or sticker residue. Patterns and tag generations may vary when we have multiples.
Sewn-in sound boxes may have drained batteries. Most plush toys contain internal plastic bean pellets and are not safe for pets.
Doll hair will need brushing or styling and may contain hair product. Dress forms and display stands shown in photos are not included.
Kids's meal toys remain sealed in their original plastic packaging unless marked OOP (out of package). Packaging will be crinkled.

Electronics, Books & Media
Electronics are tested and working, but ship without batteries to prevent leakage in transit. Books and media may have minor shelf wear, a previous owner's name, or text highlighting.

Returns & Feedback
We accept returns within 14 days. We inspect items carefully, but if we miss something, please message us so we can make it right. Positive feedback is automatically returned to buyers.
