Please see the listing photos for contents and condition.  SEE VIDEO for music, lights, and motion demonstration.  This musical village is previously owned, but shows no noticeable wear.  It is tested and works fine.  The original box and packaging are included.  The cardboard box has some small, light spots, creases, bumped corners, and wear marks.  It measures 12" x 12" x 12".  A piece of the Styrofoam has broken off, but was taped back together so that it will protect the building.  The building is about 10 1/2 inches tall.   The lodge rests on top of the rotating base.  The material appears to be mostly resin.  The instruction manual gives direction on how to use the music and volume buttons.  The three rotating figures are held in place by magnets and can be removed for storage.   Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.  A full refund is offered if you are not fully satisfied and I will pay the return shipping cost.   Payment due at time of purchase.  I have several other Christmas items for sale.  Reduced shipping cost on combined items.  It will be well packed inside another box.
