Gibson Les Paul Special DC Faded Worn Cherry 2007 w/Tracking w/hard case USED

Description

Gibson Les Paul Special DC Faded - Worn Cherry

We have just received a Les Paul Special—this particular model features a double-cutaway body.

The Les Paul Special debuted in 1955 as an upgraded version of the "Les Paul Junior" (which had been introduced in 1954 as an entry-level model with a single pickup). The primary differences from the Junior lie in the electronics: the Special is equipped with two P-90 pickups, two volume controls, and two tone controls. The P-90s offer a distinct, sharp-edged sound—quite different from the standard Les Paul—which helped cement the model’s unique position in the lineup.

It also features a Tune-O-Matic (T.O.M.) bridge, allowing for precise intonation adjustment for each individual string.

The "Worn Cherry" finish is a classic look, frequently seen in the gear used by Japanese rock bands. If you’ve been looking for one, now is your chance!
