Please note: the tack stitches (small securing threads) at the upper left and lower right of the brand tag have come loose, and the tag lifts slightly (see photo 2). 

The tie fabric itself has no damage and there is no problem with wearing it. If this bothers you, you can re-stitch it yourself.
