SONY CDP-553ESD Vintage CD Player Repair or Parts.
Item Description
While the exterior shows some signs of wear, dirt, and scratches,
I think it’s in excellent condition considering its age.
The disc tray opens and closes smoothly,
but the drive cannot read discs.
Therefore, I am listing it “as is.”
This listing includes the main unit only.
Condition: Used
Since the motor is running, it's likely that the unit could be made to work again by replacing or cleaning the pickup.
