It's a sheer brown and white silk plaid with florals in the pattern, body is completely lined with glazed white cotton, sleeves are lined with fine white silk.

The long sleeves are adorned at the top and cuff with two rows of white ribbon with small brown fringed balls.

Front closure with hooks and eyes. Piping around the neck and bottom edges.

Nearly all hand sewn with tiny stitches.  Shoulder seams and bone channels are sewn with a chain stitch machine.

Waist measures 26", bust 34" sleeves 18" long and bodice is 16" top to bottom,

One bone in the back and two in the front  It appears two more front bones are now missing.
