I Confess DVD Alfred Hitchcock 1953 Montgomery Clift Anne Baxter Classic Sealed

Factory sealed I Confess on DVD from Warner Home Video, Alfred Hitchcock's 1953 suspense thriller starring Montgomery Clift as Father Michael Logan, a priest who hears a killer's confession and is bound by the seal of the confessional to stay silent, even when the evidence starts pointing at him. Academy Award winners Anne Baxter and Karl Malden co-star, and the film was shot on location in Quebec City, giving it a striking Old World look. Critic David Thomson called it technically one of Hitchcock's most brilliant films. A must for Hitchcock collectors and classic film noir fans.
