The Ultradyne DSP9024 is a 6-band processor for conditioning audio in a studio environment.  The unit is in excellent working condition and during ownership I have upgraded it to the v1.3a EPROM adding a few extra settings - all of which can be controlled from the front-panel or via a MIDI cable and the free Behringer software - this, in my opinion, is much easier than navigating the front-panel.

The unit features a Noise Gate, Compressor, Equaliser and Tube Emulation on each band plus a Final Limiter.  Each of the 6 band settings can be linked together or you can set everything independently to really tweak the sound to your liking.

These units have divided opinion on pro-audio forums: Some say that they are a bit basic whilst others say they're a great tool so long as you do the work in setting it up.  I tend to agree with the latter and find it works best when driven by a simple stereo compressor to ensure a consistent drive-level and test with clean/WAV music of various genres.

There are bypass relays so when the unit is switched off at the rear, the audio goes straight through the in/out sockets - quite handy.  Input+Outputs are 6.35mm and XLR.

The original factory EPROM is included and it's also had a new backup battery installed.

No original box, but the item will be well-packed for sending.
