Item Description (Pre-owned)
Vintage Panasonic RQ-SX72 portable stereo cassette player in Blue.
The unit powers on, and the internal drive belt has been replaced.
At present, cassette playback is possible but not stable. Noticeable wow / tape-speed fluctuation can be heard, so additional maintenance or adjustment will likely be required.
The exact cause has not been fully diagnosed. Possible areas may include the pinch roller, capstan, clutch/transport mechanism, motor regulation, or other internal parts, but no specific fault is being claimed.
The player is therefore being sold strictly AS-IS / For Parts or Repair.
The original box is included, along with the charger/stand and other accessories shown in the photos.
The exterior shows normal age-related wear and signs of previous use. Please review all photos carefully for the exact cosmetic condition.
Battery is not included.
Made in Taiwan.
