All orders are securely packaged and dispatched via fully tracked, reputable couriers. While the vast majority of shipments arrive strictly on schedule, occasional transit delays can happen outside our control.

We strongly recommend waiting until your parts are physically delivered and inspected before booking vehicle maintenance.

Delivery estimates apply to normal working business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). If you require guaranteed priority express shipping, message our customer support team prior to placing your order.

We operate a clear and straightforward returns policy. To start a return, submit a request via the official eBay Returns Resolution Centre so your item is tracked and processed properly.

Returns Conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving delivery.
• Parts must be clean, unused, free from installation marks, and in resalable condition.
• Products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging with all accessories included.
• Return shipping postage remains the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
