Item Description (Pre-owned)

Vintage Sony Walkman WM-F404 portable AM/FM radio cassette recorder/player in Black.

The unit has been partially tested. It powers on, and the AM/FM radio functions normally.

The cassette/tape function does not operate. The exact fault has not been diagnosed, so this unit is being sold strictly AS-IS for repair, restoration, parts, or collection.

Please note that the cause of the cassette failure is unknown. No claim is made that the motor itself is defective.

Cosmetically, the unit is in relatively clean condition for a vintage Walkman, with light scratches and normal signs of age and previous use.

The external dry-cell battery holder is included. Batteries are not included.

Please review all photos carefully for the exact condition and included accessories.
