All items are cleaned to the best of our ability before listing. Any significant flaws, damage or imperfections will be clearly shown in the photographs and noted in the item description where applicable.
All records are in playable condition and are generally in excellent pre-owned condition unless otherwise stated. Any notable scratches, marks, wear or other condition issues will be mentioned in the individual listing.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post and include tracking.
Items valued up to $100 include Australia Post's standard compensation. Higher-value items will be sent with additional insurance where required.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the unopened package before opening it, as Australia Post may require these when assessing a compensation claim.
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by their destination country.
