Heaven Tonight is Cheap Tricks 1978 studio album, produced by Tom Werman and widely regarded as one of the bands essential late‑70s releases. Building on the momentum of their earlier records, the album sharpened their blend of power pop, hard rock and melodic hooks, delivering some of their most recognisable songs. The hugely popular Surrender and the single California Man helped propel the album to Platinum status and cemented Cheap Tricks international reputation. A cornerstone of their classic era, Heaven Tonight remains one of the defining records of their catalogue.
