Yatour CBT USB developed according to original protocol of car, it is a high-tech product innovatively integrated with latest standard Bluetooth technology. Yatour CBT USB is installed to original USB port via its harness and streaming music to iPod ready cars. It uses bluetooth AVRCP control technology to achieve double way controlling mobile phone, car stereo control and steering wheel control. The CBT USB only provides Bluetooth music playback (A2DP) function, and Handsfree phone call (HFP) is not supported.
CBT USB is easy to install and control, with anti-seismic and anti-interference,with Hi-fi quality sound rivaling original CD. Simply choose the right connection for your model vehicles iPod integration port, plug in, and start enjoying the music!

Installation Guide
Installation Preparation
1. Before installation, please read the User Manual carefully.
2. CBT only fits car stereo with USB iPod Ready interface or USB play function.
3. CBT USB must be paired and connected to the phone's Bluetooth before it can be recognized by the car stereo. When the CBT's Bluetooth is not connected, it cannot be switched or recognized on the car's terminal.
Installation Steps
1. Plug CBT USB into your cars existing USB socket.
2. Turn on car and power on car Head Unit, with the symbol of LED light being on.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth function of mobile phone, search and pair with Bluetooth device named “CBT iPod”or “CBT USB” (The displayed device name depends on the current working mode of CBT.), Mobile phone will be able to connect to CBT after paired successfully.
4. Test with mobile phone to confirm whether Bluetooth music work normally. Installation is finished.
Functions Introduction and Usage Preparation
The CBT USB has two working modes: iPod mode and USB mode, which can be switched by the switch button as the figure. The two working states correspond to different indicator lights.
The CBT USB Bluetooth device name is different in the two working modes, and when switching to the new mode for the first time, it is necessary to re pair and connect. After both modes are paired, the secondary use will automatically connect.
After completing the installation and connection of the CBT, press the mode button on the radio to switch to the working mode of iPod or USB in order to enter the working state of the CBT .
If the car supports iPod ready, it is recommended to prioritize using iPod mode for better sound quality, less switching delay, and the ability to display track information.
If the car device cannot support CBT's iPod playback mode, USB output mode needs to be used.
Connect Bluetooth Mobilephone to CBT
Initial Connection
After Yatour CBT being installed, it will automatically direct to the Bluetooth Pairing Status.
1. Turn on Bluetooth of mobile phone, starts to search Bluetooth device (Detail instruction is showed on mobile phone manual).
2. Turn on the car stereo, CBT LED indicator will keep lighting, which means CBT starts to work.
3. Search and pair with Bluetooth device named “CBT iPod”or “CBT USB” .
4. Connect with CBT, if pairing code is asked, please enter”0000”.Smart phones usually do not need to enter any pairing code.
5. After successful paring, some mobile phones may need setting CBT as a default Bluetooth connection. This depends on mobile phone's function and setting.
Non-initial Connection
If CBT has already been paired by mobile phones before, when the car stereo turns on CBT will automatically try to connect the last-connected mobile phone.
Please make sure mobile phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
1. Turn on car stereo, CBT will automatically try to connect mobile phone.
2. If CBT is not able to automatically connect to mobile phone when car stereo turns on, CBT will automatically enter into pairing status.
3.If CBT is not connected to mobile phone, Also user can operate on mobile phone menu to connect mobile phone with CBT. If many times of connections are failed, users may need to pair again.
4. This adapter only supports Bluetooth music streaming, does not support phone calls, but If your car has Bluetooth phone, Car bluetooth hands free phone and CBT bluetooth audio streaming can work simultaneously. If your car has Bluetooth phone, make sure your phone is connected to car before pairing CBT.
Match a new bluetooth device
If CBT has already been paired by mobile phones before and users need to connect to other new mobile phones, current connected mobile phones need to be disconnected, and force CBT to enter pairing status. Following are several ways:
1. In order to match different mobile devices to Bluetooth, the Bluetooth function of the first phone must be turned off, CBT will automatically enter into pairing status.
2. Now you can refer to instruction of Initial connection to match the new mobile phones.
Streaming Phone Music into Car Stereo (A2DP)
CBT USB can only display track information in iPod mode, not in USB mode. But the usage and playback control are consistent.
Manual Playback
1. Switch to CBT Bluetooth mode on car stereo.
2. Open music App on mobile phone and play, the music will automatically come out from car stereo system.
Smart Playback
When the music App of mobile is paused
1. Press CD source button to switch to CBT Bluetooth working status, the music App of mobile will automatically start to play.
2.Turn off car stereo or switch to FM/AM/original CD changer and other non-CBT mode, the music App of mobile will automatically be paused.
Playback Operation(AVRCP)
When mobile phone is under status of A2DP music playback, CBT is able to control music playback using original steering wheel and head unit control. to achieve Pause/Play, Prev/Next Track functions.
1. Prev/Next Track: Pressing radio buttons【|<】 and 【>|】 to switch tracks of mobile phone music.
2. Fast forward/backward: Some mobile phone or music Apps do not support A2DP music fast forward and fast backward functions. If the former buttons do not work, that means the mobile phone does not support such functions, not means CBT error or functional defect.
Bluetooth Name & LED Indicator S 3 tatus Instruction
CBT has two indicator lights, blue and green.
The blue LED is iPod working mode indicator, the current Bluetooth device name is “CBT iPod”.
The green LED is USB working mode indicator, the current Bluetooth device name is “CBT USB”.
When switching to the new mode for the first time, it is necessary to re pair and connect. After both modes are paired, the secondary use will automatically connect.
Recommended Uses:
1. CBT must be paired and connected to the phone's Bluetooth before it can be recognized by the car stereo. When the CBT's Bluetooth is not connected, it cannot be switched or recognized on the car's terminal.
