OUR STORE POLICIES

PRESALE POLICY

All pre-sales of our products are considered final. Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate refunds or order cancellations for any items acquired prior to their official release.

This policy is essential due to the inherent uncertainty surrounding the value of all items, including electronics, household goods, cards, and more. When making a purchase, there's a possibility of securing a fantastic deal, just as there's a chance that the item's price might experience a slight adjustment before release. This shared risk underscores our commitment to fulfill every order diligently. Although cancellations might seem tempting, we adhere to our policy to maintain fairness and transparency. Should you have inquiries or concerns, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll strive to help to the best of our abilities.

All pre-sales of products are definitively binding. We do not entertain refunds or cancellations for items purchased before the official release date.

Purchasing a pre-sale product comes with the understanding that its market value can fluctuate. This shared risk forms the foundation of pre-sales with Team Rockets Vault. By proceeding with a pre-sale transaction, the buyer acknowledges their commitment to honor the transaction.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations or Returns for any orders. By completing the checkout process and submitting your payment information, you, the buyer, are responsible for your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it disrupts our stock and order inventory management.

When you make a purchase from our store, you enter a commitment to acquire the item from us, the seller. It's the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly peruse the item listing, encompassing both the title and description, along with our store's policies.
