Product Description
In March 1945, American and British forces on the Western Front carried out operations to cross the Rhine, Germany's last defensive line.

German forces blew up bridges across the Rhine one after another to prevent the Allies from entering Germany. On March 7, U.S. forces stormed and captured the last remaining bridge, the Ludendorff Bridge at Remagen, and established a strong bridgehead by evening.

The Americans advanced into the German homeland from Remagen. British forces began their crossing on March 23, and by late March the Rhine defensive line had ceased to exist.

This battle set contains four vehicles in one package: a hybrid Tiger I and a Panther Ausf. G with steel wheels representing the German defenders, and an American M4A3E8 Sherman and M24 Chaffee representing the advancing Allied forces.

Scale: 1/72.
