A striking new interpretation of King Crimson’s 1971 studio album, Islands, reimagined through David Singleton’s 2026 Elemental Mixes. Drawing from the full breadth of surviving studio sessions, Singleton reshapes the familiar into something newly immediate, exploratory and intimate — revealing alternate routes, fresh textures and a renewed sense of presence within these distinctive performances. Cut by Jason Mitchell at Loud Mastering and pressed on 200‑gram vinyl at Vinyl Factory, this edition stands as both a compelling standalone listen and an essential companion to the original album.
